welcome to my site!

this is a little glimpse into me, with a collection of my favorite things ever. this includes women's sports (ncaa basketball, wnba and barça football), traveling, cats, bts, fashion, lesbianism and, of course, the color purple.

this is also something new and exciting for me. I took a coding course during my first semester in uni where we covered the basics about algorithms and coded with python which I really enjoyed although we spent a lot of time in turtle which I didn't like or understood the relationship with my major but whatever; I ended up doing really well on the class. sadly it did break my friendship with the group I had because we couldn't do the final project lol. it didn't really matter anyways because I took it as fake college since I moved to another country later in the year to attend my 'real' university.

now I took a biostatistics course in my 'real' university for my second semester and I loved it. granted, the 'fake' semester really helped because I found the logic between the problems in R to be really similar to what I had prevoiusly done in python so i'm grateful still.

other than that, I didn't really have much intrest when it came to coding until I stumbled upon a tiktok that basically introduced me to neocities and the indie web back in july 2025. ever since then I've watched a bunch of tutorials on youtube and started this site.

2024 was the first year that bts wasn't my top artist on my spotify wrapped since 2020 which felt weird but it made sense considering I started to prioritize consuming media made by women, more specifically queer women. at the beginning of 2025 however, I grew incredibly nostalgic and homesick after going back to uni when christmas break ended. I began listening solely to bts for a while and then the discharge happenned so I felt connected to them again. we'll see where they rank in my top artists this year.
